Q: What’s the difference between Fairy Hair and Boho Hair?
A: Fairy Hair = sparkly strands. Boho Hair = handmade hair extensions (braids, fishtails, dread braids) that add color, texture, and personality. Both can be customized, and both are crafted with intention. 🌿
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Yes! You can choose your length, color blend, texture, and sparkle level. Collection Drops are ready-made, but if you want something fully unique, we offer Custom Orders so you can design your dream piece.
Install & Care
Q: How do I install Boho Hair at home?
A: Every set comes ready to wear, and you’ll get a tutorial QR code with step-by-step instructions. You can choose from:
Clip-In (instant, removable)
Bead-In (secure, 2–4 weeks)
Braid-In (longer-lasting, 4–6 weeks)
Q: What’s an At- Home Install Conversion Kit?
A: Our kit lets you switch your Boho Hair set between clip-in, bead-in, or braid-in. It includes tools, clips, beads, elastics, and a tutorial video so you can DIY like a pro.
Q: How do I care for Fairy Hair or Boho Hair?
A:
Fairy Hair: Wash, style, and heat up to 450° just like your real hair.
Boho Hair: Gently separate with fingers, avoid heavy product buildup, and store hanging (like jewelry) when not in use.

A: Ready-to-ship items leave our studio in 5–7 business days. Custom orders are handcrafted and completed within 3 weeks.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, and international customers are responsible for any customs fees.
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
