Fairy Hair Garden Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fairy Hair Garden. We want every piece of our handmade hair art to delight you. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, charms, and accessories).

Because of the personal and sanitary nature of hair products, any item showing signs of wear, installation, styling, or damage caused by improper care cannot be accepted.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns.


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-refundable and non-returnable unless defective on arrival:

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Shipping and handling charges.

 


3. Condition & Care

Proper care—including gentle handling and storage—helps prevent damage. Items returned with evidence of misuse, improper storage, or neglect (including exposure to heat, chemicals, or moisture) will not qualify for a refund.


4. Return Procedure

  1. Request Approval: Email sparkleteam@fairyhairgarden.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship Back: After approval, ship the product in secure, original packaging to:

    Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risk of loss. We recommend using a trackable, insured carrier.


 

5. Refunds

After inspection and acceptance, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is not in acceptable condition, we will notify you by email and may return it to you at your expense.

 

 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for any replacement item.

 

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, contact sparkleteam@fairyhairgarden.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including standard return shipping, once the item is verified.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairy Hair Garden is not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage during return shipping.
  • Consequential or incidental damages beyond the purchase price of the product.

 

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your state or country of residence.

 

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
